Youth Initiatives: Launched First SEMA Launch Pad + YEN Power Tour Program
While serving on the Young Executives Network, Lindsay launched the first annual SEMA Launch Pad and YEN Power Tour programs. The SEMA Launch Pad program, powered by the Young Executives Network (YEN), is designed to help entrepreneurs under the age of 40 launch their new products or services into the marketplace, the program takes place annually at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. In the summer of 2014, she spearheaded the YEN Power Tour Program bringing 10 members of the Young Executives Network (YEN) on the Hot Rod Power Tour to promote the network and highlight the variety of career choices available to young professionals in the automotive specialty-equipment market.
Education Initiatives: SEMA Overland Experience - 2019
Lindsay partnered with SEMA leadership to produce the SEMA Overland Experience as part of the 2019 SEMA Show. Organized and presented this educational component of the 2019 SEMA show dedicated to introducing industry attendees to the Overland segment.
Off-Road Business Association, TreadLightly! + OneVoice
Lindsay is committed to advocacy that protects the rights of automotive hobbyists. Her passion for outdoors & overlanding spans 20+ years and she is keenly aware of the challenges facing the future of off-road hobbyist's access to public lands. She has served on the ORBA board since 2011 and has worked alongside Tread Lightly! and SEMA to ensure land access for OHV and outdoor recreational purposes.
Lindsay is also a founding member of the OneVoice For Off-Road Motorized Recreation Foundation, a non-profit national association committed to promoting the rights of motorized enthusiasts; improve advocacy in keeping public and private lands open for responsible recreation through strong leadership, advocacy, and collaboration.
Overland Expo Foundation
Today Lindsay works with overlanding companies on sustainable recreation and has co-founded the Overland Expo Foundation. The Overland Expo Foundation is a group of enthusiasts passionate about the freedom of overland travel and the majesty of our public lands. The Foundation's mission is to help fund stellar organizations and individuals who help protect and advance the overland community.

Following in these women's footsteps, Lindsay is dedicated to the advancement of women in the automotive aftermarket industry. She has mentored many young women, helping them to not only develop their careers, but also assisting them with their own personal growth journey as leaders.
